If you’re unsure whether your document can be notarized, feel free to ask. CA Notaries Public are not permitted to notarize Form I-9. 


 Yes. Loan signing services are available for real estate transactions and refinancing. All loan signings are conducted professionally and in accordance with state notary laws.


 

Please have:

  • A valid and current driver's license or passport. 
  • All documents ready and complete (do not sign beforehand unless instructed) 
  • Any required witnesses (if applicable)


 

Yes. Mobile services are available at hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and rehabilitation centers, provided the signer is alert, willing, and able to communicate. 


Summit Mobile Notary Services offers notary services in both English and Spanish. 


Summit Mobile Notary Services accepts Zelle, cash, and debit/credit cards as necessary. Checks are not accepted.
